Prices are for PSD files that are ready for rigging and/or animation. If you are not the original artist of the work, then you must have the permission of the original artist for me to begin.Animating Emotes: $35USD+ depending on complexity. Terms of Service
- The rights to the model and design belong to the client.
- The model can be used for commercial, streaming, and Vtuber purposes.
- You must credit my work in your twitter bio or streaming platform.
- You may not resell any models rigged by me unless I give explicit permission.
- Payment is to be made either in full or 50% at the beginning and end of the commission work. If you are in need of an alternative payment plan arrangements can be made.Agreement:
By requesting a commission of me, you agree to all of the following:
- The terms outlined on this page.
- To remain in contact and provide feedback or acknowledgement whenever you receive an update from me.
- You are over 18 are able to purchase digital goods.
- Will not file for PayPal disputes and/or chargebacks, contacting me first for any refunds or adjustments to your commission.Process:
- The client is to provide a Live2D ready PSD file that they own and have the rights to.
- I will discuss with the client the commission details and provide a quote in USD.
- One I am ready to start on the commission, I will send the client an invoice through Paypal to your email address.
- The commission is to be paid either upfront or 50% at the start and 50% before delivery of the completed rig.
- Included in the payment of 100% of 50% of the commission cost at the time the commission begins is the Initial Deposit, which consists of 10% of the commission cost.
- The client may ask for regular updates.
- When the commission is ready, I will send the client an dropbox or googledrive link to download the files.
- If you are in a rush or have a deadline to have the rigged model ready, please let me know!
- The commission is complete once the final work has been delivered and the client has given approval or has not replied with 72 hours.
- If you do not wish for me to publically stream or publically show any work-in-progress of your model the client must let me know.Refund Policy:
- The Initial Deposit (10% of the commission cost) as mentioned in the Process is a non-refundable fee.
- A refund can be requested when:
- The client is highly dissatisfied with the commission and requested adjustments can not be made.
- The client has paid in 100% or 50% of the commission and has requested a refund before the commission has made any significant progress.
- The commission has been ended by the artist.
- I cannot complete the commission.
- If commission work has not yet begun, the Initial Deposit may be refunded.
- Any refunds will be made after I discuss the amount with the client.The commission is considered as having made significant progress if it has completed in stages of:
- Facial features parameters
- Head XY parameters
- Body XY parameters
- Physics parametersA refund cannot be issued when:
- The rigging process has reached the physics stage.
- The commission has been delivered and is complete as stated in the Process.
- The client withheld feedback and requests for adjustments until after the delivery of the commission.
